Sandbox , Smoove Tool not working properly :(

Hello kind people from the SketchUp Community! Thank you for all your past help, without you folks I would be struggling for days trying to figure problems out. !

I’m having an on and off problem with my Sandbox “Smoove feature” When I select boxes to pull upward only a few yellow squares appear at each corner. . Sometimes I do get the large circle of squares in which I can pull upward and sometimes only a few surrounding my square selection. Extremely FRUSTRATING AAAAAG :slightly_smiling:
Is it my hardware? I have 16 gig ram and I do have SketchUp Pro 2015
I’m stuck…

Make sure you have a suitable correlation between the size of your squares and the size of your smoove tool.
When you first select the Smoove tool, check the measurement box to see what the radius of the tool is and adjust it to suit.

Grr, @Box has beat me to it.

But this is what I think you are missing out @SalAnselmo

Note the value in VCB (Measurement) box.

When you activate the tool, you can set your radius (the are of yellow dots)

Then the measurement box will change to amount after you click.

I hope this makes sense.

Thank you extremely much my friends. Those pointers certainly did the trick, I must apologize for not knowing as much as I like about using the Sandbox. Most of what I have been working on for the past 8 years on SketchUp was machine frames.
I simply love using the Sandbox feature and I can’t wait to be proficient enough to create all sorts of products.
Thank you so much ( For some forsaken reason forum won’t let me reply to you helpful pointers)
Regards Sal
