Running a batch file to cure the display lag on a MS Surface Pro

Continuing the discussion from Problem with Microsoft Surface and selection tool:

I have the same issue on a MS Surface Pro. Pardon my ignorance, but how do I run the batch file?

Download the ZIP file, extract the .bat file. Double click on it to run it.

Note, it is for SU2018. Your profile is incomplete and doesn’t say which version of SketchUp you are using.

  I was able to get it to install successfully and it appears to have cured the problem.

I am using Sketchup Pro 2018
