Ruby console doesn't start

I can’t open the ruby console. windows>ruby console but it doesn’t open at all.

Have you used multiple monitors? Perhaps the window is located outside your current computer screen.

You might try Preferences->Workspace->Reset Workspace. That should restore default contents and positions.
