I have a 2D drawing that I want to rotate on the blue axis but I can only rotate on the red or green. It’s an elevation that I want to make vertical.
You can lock the rotation axis to blue by tapping the Up arrow key.
I get an error message that says “constraint not appropriate at this time”

Maybe you want to rotate around the red axis instead of blue?
Yes! How did you switch the direction of the rotate tool?
After getting the tool I pressed the right cursor (arrow) key.
