Does Layout in 2022 have revision clouds yet?

Since LayOut files are actually just zipped Xml files, it shouldnā€™t be that difficult to read or write the modern variation of revision clouds, BCF.
Of course, the collaboration manager in SketchUp has a simular version of ā€˜revision cloudsā€™, but they only export to Trimble Connect, which can read many file formats, but not native LayOut documentsā€¦

So, apparently no actual tool for revision clouds has been added to the Layout tool setā€¦
