I have retired so now counting pennies. I would like to revert to my original Classic License. I have both Serial Number and Authorization Number but when I open my old plan, I do not have access to insert the foregoing information. Please advise a way forward.
What version of SketchUp are you opening? For what version is your old Classic license?
The (blue color) SketchUp.app / Layout.app states Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 09:45. I saved this one prior to procuring the (red) newer SketchUp. (22 Apr 2020). The dates do not match up so confusing.
Found the following details;
Maintenance & support number: 3192115
Maintenance & support expiration date: 2021/05/16 (YYYY/MM/DD)
That doesn’t make any sense. Show a screenshot of what you are seeing.
If your maintenance and support expired in mid 2021, you would most likely be entitled to use SketchUp 2021. That version hasn’t been supported for a few years.You can still find the installer file but be aware it may not run on your current system.

My bad and apologies. You are totally correct!!! I opened the columns and found that I had the 2021 version then procured the license for 2021. The (Red) 2020 above was incorrect. Everything, changed in 2021.
I just tried both 2021 versions and get a Splat. (The License area is Gray) I will now try the links that were provided

No, my daughter gave me her old computer that has macOS Sequoia 15.5.

OK. Please include that along with the SketchUP version. Note that SketchUp 2021 doesn’t support Sequoia. Others have reported frequent crashes with older versions of SketchUp and newer operating systems. Keep your fingers crossed that you won’t be one of them.

The main issue with 2021 and Sonoma and later macOS, is that resizing or changing sections in the Colors palette will crash SketchUp. You will need to manage materials without relying on the Colors palette.
