Well there’s Matt Donley’s 2nd edition book recently out (1st edition in collaboration with Nick Sonder which helped me greatly) and Mike Brightman’s book which I believe has a focus on his Condoc method but nonetheless very good. It’s not a book… but DaveR has a very good SU>LO workflow and I’ve benefited greatly from his advice over the years!

Nick has some videos on Youtube and Mike Brightman has Layout tutorials on his YouTube channel. Also Matt’s channel.
