This request is relevant for Wacom users who use a keyboard shortcut to zoom while using a tool.
With a mouse you can just scroll the middle mouse wheel to zoom while drawing a line for instance. Wacom pen users must use a keyboard shortcut (if they can’t/won’t zoom with their fingers on the pad itself).
In SketchUp pressing the z shortcut lets you zoom and esc breaks the zoom and resumes the last used action.
In Layout pressing z lets you zoom but esc doesn’t do anything and space breaks the last used action altogether (drawing a line for instance). It would be nice to have same behavior as in LayOut as currently in SketchUp.
