Rendering with AMD graphic card

Hello,
I have a desktop equipped with AMD ryzen 5 3600 processor and AMD Radeon RX570 4GB graphic card. I didn’t find any rendering extension or software that supports AMD GPU, and all of the rendering tasks are loaded on the CPU right now.
Does deas anyone have a recommendation for how to render more efficiently with these specs? (settings of a rendering software?
