Hey sketchup community
So I tried rendering this scene over here and I even put omni’s inside but when I render its completely black even if I use the interior bright AA setting… What problems may cause this because I mean I have online components from manufacturers and from warehouse but they shouldn’t be a problem when rendering I believe…
Is the glass set to a glass material in the rendering materials? It needs to be transparent for the daylight to shine through.
You might watch this, it could be your problem.
The “use sun for shading” checkbox doesn’t affect the render in Podium. It only affects the lighting in SketchUp.

Thank you Forestr, as I don’t use Podium, I was unaware of that.
It was just a shot at a solution, because I’d just watched video a few days ago.
