Rendering glass issue with outside view

Hello guys!
I’m kind of new with vray. I have an issue here and it’s quite annoying! I tried everything I could, even created a few new materials for my windows. But always when rendering, the view outside the window fades into white. What can I do to fix that?

You could give information about the model of the glass/window - one face, two? Are the faces correctly oriented, with the white outwards?
Information about material, lights, rendering settings, etc…
