@colin @TheGuz Thanks for actively replying to this helpful thread. I have a really old account with a handful of models that I can no longer access (at least, not as far as I know). For privacy reasons, I’d really like to have the account and models deleted entirely. Could someone help with that?
I know that Support have tools for merging 3D Warehouse account content. I’m not sure if they have tools for deleting content. But, worse case they could merge your old account and new account, and then you can manually delete the old account models.
If possible you would want to contact Support with the old account email. As you can imagine, they don’t automatically merge things if the request comes from someone other than the person who owns the content.
In the case where you don’t have access to the old email, contact with your new account, and give as much detail as you can about the old account, enough to make it clear that you are the same person!
