I have a different issue. It says “Get them today” but it doesn’t say how. I hit Check for update in SU and it said I was already up to date. What to do?
I just re-installed 2019 Pro yesterday, I had to re-set Windows 10 in June and have been using 2018 Pro.
It said 30-days trail ended buy Pro version. I added my serial and auth number and it accepted it.
In the Help tab scroll PASSED check for updates to About SketchUp …
You should see this dialog:
if it helps. It should just update seamlessly …Peace…
