@carmen you are reaching the point where everyone will ignore you. You don’t give enough information in your questions to get complete answers, you make ‘Statements’ that are simply wrong, you ignore questions, you don’t appear to read answers, you start a thread about something and then don’t seem to go back to it, instead you go off on a tangent and start another related but slightly different thread, again with not enough info.
For example I created a gif for your other thread about this very shape you are trying to make and you have simply ignored it just like several posts in this thread.
If you want us to help you make your question clear, add images and models to make it easy for us to help you. Read and respond to questions asked of you. Acknowledge the help being freely offered. Spend some time watching some tutorials on the basics of Sketchup, the web version and the desktop version at the very basic level both work pretty much the same way, it’s just the UI that looks different. Understanding how to make a face that the Push/pull tool works on is at the very core of the software, being able to do that is the very very first thing anyone using sketchup needs to learn.
