Hi all, Been using sketchup pro and liking it 
But designing a table and come to put the top onto the base and the push and pull seems to have holes where the rails come through the top! I put a rectangle from all four corners then used the push and pull tool and seems to do this i have attached screenshots.
Hope someone can help.

You need to create components or groups to keep the parts separate. Then you’ll be able to pull the top up without holes.
You might take a few moments to watch the videos at the following links. they are kind of old but you should get the idea.

You can also “heal” those holes by retracing one edge on each. Erase the extra lines, and you’ll have one surface to pull up again.
