I’m an Institute of Interior Design Student (IDI) and I purchased sketchup and I created an account as requested. I expecting to login and expecting to see my software waiting for me to download and install on my Macbook Pro. It’s empty and look like this. How do we fix this

Does it show in plan settings?
Are you signed in with the same email they have allocated it to - Students often have multiple email addresses pointing to the same account and this causes issues.
thanks for getting back to me. It’ seems there was a an clerical error on the sellers side. I was able to resolve it them directly.
