I purchased sketchup studio for students today on the 13th of November. I received confirmation emails from Trimble with reference numbers and it said that once I create my account I can view my products there. But I’ve created my account using the links and I still can’t seem to find the actual product under my account. Not sure why that’s the case since I’ve used the same email to both purchase and sign up. Is it just a waiting game?
