Purchased Go Account - Not showing in Trimble Account, My Products. Can't contact Support

I purchased a ‘SketchUp Go’ Subscription and do have one Project that appears under the Trimble Connect > Projects page at Trimble Connect Web.

However, I want to make a change to the Go Subscription, but there are no Subscriptions in the ‘Trimble Account Management’, ‘Plan Settings’ page where I should be able to manage the Subscription. The ‘My Products’ page there just says ‘You don’t have any Products yet!’. (At Trimble | Account Management)

Further, when I log into my profile page at Account Experience, and navigate to ‘Purchases’ > ‘Subscriptions’, it only says ‘Once purchases are made on this account, you can manage Subscriptions and assign Licenses here’. There is no Subscription there for me change.

Even further, when I’m logged into my account at ‘Account Experience’ and I click on the ‘Contact Us’ button, I only get an error page with a ‘salesForce’ logo and the message ‘We can’t log you in because of an authentication error’.

Can anyone help?

In the account management page:

there is a menu to choose which account you are looking at. You have two accounts, I think because the address details are different between the two. Look to see if you have two, and go to the one you haven’t been trying.

Under Members you should be able to assign the Go subscription to yourself. At the moment it isn’t assigned to anyone.

I have the same problem.. Been searching for hours and contacted support 3 times already.

I don’t know why trimble made it so hard for me by splitting up my account in 2 (business & private but same e-mail adress). No problem with Sketchup, can’t share links on trimble connect.

Hi Joeri,

I think one issue here is terminology.
You still have just one trimble ID (attached to an e-mail address), and in a lot of places across Trimble & SketchUp hep documents we call that an “account”.
But in Trimble | Account Management and https://accounts.trimble.com/ an account is an organisation that you belong to, and your licenses are attached to those. Your login belongs to those accounts.

So your account has not been split in two, rather you have been added to two accounts.

Sorry this is very confusing and hope this helps a bit!
