Purchased 20 pro licenses, but can only assign 18

I’ve assigned 18 licenses (shows 18 assigned in header/title), but when I try to add another user, it says I have 0 of 20 licenses available (in popup) and will not let me add the remaining two users. FYI, I have one license assigned to me, the administrator that shows as part of the 18.

That’s a job for support as I can only really assist our own customers.

Probably some “deleted” users / SSO anomaly or something similar that needs to be put right.
