Subscription login issues

when i log in i used to get subscription “expires feb 2025”, now i get “your free trial expires dec 5” cant access my subscription…

Is it possibly you have logged in with a different user name?

nope…

log out, restart your computer and try to log in again…

did that like 10x… ugh frustrating

The subscription your company has is assigned to uewulonu. If you are signed in as you, you won’t see SketchUp Pro listed in your products, but you will see uewulonu listed in your Members section. Within the last week you used SketchUp while signed in as you, and so you have the 7 day trial that would show in your products list.

This is the page you go to for managing who has access to the subscription:

https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization

so can we add more seats to THIS license? how? like 5 total for example
and Ugo gets a message saying hes exceeded “allowable activiations” - we have at least that one pro license… right>?

If you have 1 pro subscription, one person can use that…

so we need a new and unique single seat license for every user in our office… unique logins. and if they leave the company?

If you purchase additional seats, you have to assign those seats to users before they can use them. If they leave the company, you can delete this user and assign the free seat to a new person…

If one user signs in with three copies of SketchUp, which can be either different versions on the same computer, or different computers, eventually a message would show saying that the number of allowed activations had been reached. The individual user would go to the same account management page, this one:

https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization

and under their My Product section they would choose SketchUp Pro, and click on the View Included Applications link:

The first application listed in the desktop version of SketchUp:

Clicking on the Manage Devices link will then allow them to deauthorize the other machines that are signed in under the same subscription. Once that is done they would sign out while in SketchUp, then sign in again, and the subscription should become active again on that computer.
