Hi, I teach a SketchUp class using 2025 and a couple of my students are having issues exporting shadows on their laptop. Others are not. When I export on my computer, the shadows come out fine. Any suggestion on what could be wrong? I’m attaching files.

What graphics card do they have? Which graphics engine have the selected in SKetchUp’s Preferences>Graphics?
FWIW, the animation works fine when exported on my machine, too.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think I need to check the graphics card with the students. They all have different laptops (although we gave them the minimum specs).
It’s a good idea to check that. It may be that having the student with the shadow problem switch to using the Classic graphics engine will sort them out however they won’t be able to take advantage of some of the other graphics features in SU2025 or 2026.
