Hello together,
Im facing now for a long time the issue, when i try to save my work on sketchup web.
The message is that there are issues to reach trimble connect. Im using go license. My drawing is about 65mb. I can still open and work, but no sucessful saving.
What I tried so far:
- clear browser cache
- using different browsers and addin
- disable windows firewall and defender
- try to delete all the models which i added from warehouse
- i can make a new projekt an saving is possible there
- i cant make copies of my drawing, get the same error
- i have two versions of my modell in my project and both stoped saving sucessful
- i already had contact with support, but the help wasnt really good
Im very frustrated so far and scared to start by zero. Also i wanted to provide my draing to my architect in dxf file, but dont work because of that error.
