Trouble to access Trimble Connect

Hello Everyone.

Since this morning i can connect to my sketchup App but i can’t save any changes in my projects from the sketchup for web app…

It’s saying there is an issue reaching Trimble Connect:
“Nous rencontrons un problème pour atteindre Trimble Connect. Veuillez télécharger un fichier de sauvegarde. Tandis que vous tentez, nous travaillerons sur cette question.”

Is there any ongoing maintenance at the moment ? Am i the only one in this case ?

Similar issue … just sits on the loading screen with the icon twirling.

Hello, Im facing this issue too, since october 2025.

Im already had contact with support, but they couldnt help me yet.

Im using SketchUp web with GO license on my windows device. I also cleared cache, deactivated MS Defender but nothing helped.

Anyone have an Idea? Im very sad because there is a lot of work and time in that modell .
