estoy tratando de hacer un resorte, logro hacer todo pero al momento de hacer que la figura me siga con la herramienta ” Follow me” me sale una advertencia diciendo “La ruta no parece correcta”. he seguido paso a paso los videos que he encontrado en YouTube pero nada… Alguien sabrá cual es el problema o si estaré haciendo algo mal? o es la versión 2026 que y no funciona así?

Are you selecting the path for the spring, getting the Follow Me tool, and then clicking on the face of the circle? This is what happens when I do that.

I think you are running into an issue of too many edge segments for Follow Me. I would suggest the following. Eneroth Upright Extruder from the Extension Warehouse should be able to handle it, though. It’s a lot of geometry to process so be patient.
Select the entire helical path right click on it, choose Weld Edges.
Select the entire helical path and the circle at the bottom. Make a component (not a group).
Use Move/Copy to make a second copy of that component.
Get the Scale tool and scale the copy up by 1000x.
Open the giant copy of the component for editing.
Select the helix and the face of the circle.
Activate Upright Extruder and let it go.
Go walk the dog or something.
As an example, these springs were modeled using Upright Extruder.
Another option for modeling it would be to model a single turn and then use Move/Copy to make the required additional turns. You need to break the helix at the midpoints of edges and place the profile circle perpendicular to the end of the helix. Also use Upright Extruder to keep the profile from twisting as it extrudes.
Excelente, funcionó perfecto. a pesar de que al momento de instalar la extensión dice que funciona con SKP 2021-2025 con la versión 2026 funciona bien. muchísimas gracias por tu ayuda. 10/10
