No need to yell.
First make sure SketchUp was installed correctly. That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and choosing Run as administrator. If you didn’t do that, close SketchUp, find the installer and do it. Then if presented with the option, choose Repair.
Then try reinstalling Vray the same way.
