I’m trying to download the Sketchup Viewer app on my HoloLens, however, the install button is greyed out and will not let me download. I have attached a photo for reference.
Help will be greatly appreciated.

What does the little hamburger menu say (three dots) on the right?
FYI. I do not have experience with installing that app on the hololens, but in general, you should get more clues.
Is the latest software installed? Try updating.
Are you logged in with the right credentials? Try logging out and back in.
