Problem activating my license

They took my money but did not activate my license.

I just paid for a one-month subscription to SketchUp Pro directly on the Trimble.com website. The payment was processed successfully—I can see the charge on my credit card statement and on the Trimble website. However, my license has not been activated.

When I go to Trimble Pass, I can see the correct plan under “Plan Settings,” but nothing appears under the “My Products” tab. Is this expected behavior?
