I was using the follow me tool and a message popped up saying “Cannot extrude curved face”. I already fixed the reason why it popped up but the message won’t go away. This is what it looks like. 
Pop up errors and tool tips lingering on the screen is a known issue, it should correct it self soon. It seems to be worse with some browsers than others. Closing the window and re-opening is the only way I know of fixing it. But somehow waiting it out usually works eventually.
I see that happening in Chrome right now but selecting something like the Line tool makes it go away.
