I keep getting a popup message that says “we’re experiencing internal issues. Our team has been notified” on a particular model that is completely frozen. My other models are working fine. Will these “internal issues” ever actually resolve or is that model lost now?
Can you please give more information about the model i.e. model size and complexity? Did you try to download the model to your local desk?
The model is 7.4MB and I don’t think it is particularly complex. It has some linework imported from CAD but I cleaned up and reduced a lot of the layers/tags. When I download a copy and try to open it from my device instead of the drive, I get the same error message.
Thank you, are using Microsoft or Google login?
Can you share your model? We want to try to reproduce the issue.
I am using a Google login. My model is attached below.

Hi @dufelk thanks for the post and sorry this thread slipped by without my noticing it. Your file looks fine when I download it and open it on our desktop version and school version. Your computer specs seem fine too so I am not sure what the issue was. Can you try and open it in your browser and let me know what you are seeing now?
Greetings @dufelk,
I do see a problem with the model but I’m uncerain why your version of Sketchup for Schools would exhibit an error while the online app does not.
Try this model and let us know if it opens for you.
