Podium V2 Plus will not render some layers w/i model

My sketchup model will only render ~ 4 of the 19 layers I have within it…Has anyone run into this problem before and know how to fix it?
(I have tried rendering with shadows off & on, different sky options and presets to no avail)

Can you provide more details? Or a screenshot of your model vs the rendered picture? Or upload your model?

and a screenshot of your model in sketchup so we can see whats missing? easier if you could upload model so we can see how you modelled your building and settings
