What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says Free (web) 2020. There is no free version of 2020. Or is it a cracked copy?
2020 does not identify an operating system.
Where have you been saving the file? An external drive? Cloud storage?

Please fix your profile. We use that to try to help you. No one can tell what version you use, what operating system you are on or even what subscription you have.

The file has a couple of problems. One of them is an issue we’ve seen before, that involved saving a model onto a Western Digital network file server. We added a fix for that a few updates ago, but if your file was stored on a network drive before we did that fix, the file would look like it does now.
Even with fixing that issue on the file there is another problem. I didn’t figure that out yet, and will try to ask developers to take a look.
