This looks like in could be a graphics card issue. Check with the manufacturer website to make sure you have the latest graphics driver downloaded and installed. It could also be a coordinate problem, if your model is located very very far from the origin.
Your profile is confusing, you list your version as 2019 Free (web) which does not exist, but your picture is from Pro 2020, nor do you list your operating system. It’s hard to give you specific advice without this information.
Upload your .skp file in a reply so we can look at it and offer advice.
My guess is that your model is very far from the SketchUp model origin. Move it nearer. If you have components imported from CAD or BIM, you may have to explode them if their origins are an astronomical distance away.
