Please add our domain to the Sketchup for Schools white list

I am receiving the error message, “We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” when trying to install the Sketchup fro Schools Marketplace app to our domain.

Upon reading here on the fourms, I see that our domain needs to be white listed before it will allow our schools to use the app.
Our domain : wpsb.info
Please let me know if there is more that I need to do on my end to get this working.

Thank you very much!

Hi @bill.sammons, we experienced an issue this morning that temporarily blocked login. I think that’s probably why you got that error, but I added you the whitelist just in case.

Thank you!

Hey Joy,

Wondering if we can get our school whitelisted also.

Our domain is dtcc.edu or my.dtcc.edu
Email: lmarlin@dtcc.edu or craig.cox@dtcc.edu

We’ve added the app to our Microsoft Store but keep getting the ‘need admin approval’ error.
Thanks!!

I’ve added your domains to our whitelist. Please let me know if this does the trick!

Thank you and we will give it a shot now!!

Leslie

Thanks @Steve_Ketchup! We have access through Google now!!

Great! If you’re new to SketchUp for Schools be sure to check out our great lesson plans and 3D printing guide available in-app! To get there click on the hamburger menu in the top left and select Home>Curriculum

Me and my students also need to be added to the whitelist

Teacher accounts end in @montgomery.k12.nc.us
Student accounts end in @mcsstudents.org

Our School district doesn’t have an edu extension. Please add our domain busdk12.com (students log in with stu.busdk12.com so both need to be added. We also have a pro license for 2019 desktop version, but students don’t have access to the classroom right now so are using the web version.

Please add our school district as well. We don’t have an edu extension. We have a Microsoft domain and a Google Domain.

@lcboe.info
@lcboe.net

Thank you!!!

@kathy.wright @sandra_oberlies @michellewynn1803 It appears that Google suddenly changed how our application is authorized. We are still investigating but try going to our GSuite Marketplace listing as an administrator and select “Domain Install”. If that does not work, message @Tori_SU can add you to the whitelist.

A post was merged into an existing topic: Domain Registration Requests

I’ve manually registered both of your domain addresses. Please let us know if you continue to have access issues.

@Tori_SU, Your last message indicated you had added both busdk12.com & stu.busdk12.com to the whitelist. However, I am still getting the circular “Are you in the right place?” error message asking me to log in with either Google or Microsoft. I log in with Google using my busdk12.com address but it just returns the same error. When I try to reply to your message directly I am told I am not allowed to reply to that host. I can only send a new message to the whole forum post.

@sandra_oberlies Both of your domains have been manually registered, but this does not negate the requirement for your district administrator to allow perform a domain install. Please have them review the steps laid out in this post: SketchUp for Schools Login Changes for G Suite Users - #67 by dfoy

Can we please be whitelisted as well:
perrysburgschools.net & perrysburgstudents.net

@dfoy Both of your domains have been manually registered.

Hi,
Can you please add uplands.org to the Sketchup for Schools white list?
We are an International school in Penang, Malaysia: https://www.uplands.org/school/
We have added the app in our control panel but I think we still need white listing for things to work.
Thanks,
Phil

I am getting the same message as sandra_oberlies even though I am signing in with a G Suite for education address and the admin has enabled it for all users. Will adding our domain @tobermoryhighschool.co.uk to the whitelist solve the problem?
