Photo Match Opacity Help

Hi all, just looking for a little guidance. I am working on a model and using photo match. Got everything matched up well to the photo but now my model is displaying at a real low opacity to where you can see through it. This only happens in photo match and not in regular modeling. I know I probably clicked or toggled something somewhere and being a fairly new user can’t figure out what I did or how to get it to look correct.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
RM

You can adjust the opacity in the Styles panel under Edit.

Ok thanks. I will give it a try.

i simply cannot get this to work… i can find the sliders and i can turn of and on the background immage so that it disapears but when i try to change opacity of the foreground it does not change anything, nor does turning it of completely… my model is still semi transparent… please help

Share the .skp file so we can see what you’ve got going on.

Make sure you are editing the style of the style you used on the photo match

Good thought. Presumably the correct style is being edited if turning the background image on and off works.

after looking and pressing a lot of different boxes i found out that apparently there is a difference between using the xray button and going into view-face style-xray… turning it of in the menu allowed me to affect the opacity in the top image slider

very true

Yes X-ray is not the same.
