PAN Tool Issue

Hi sketchup family,

I have been having issues with the pan tool. Everytime, I click on the Pan tool (hand icon) or press H and click on the left button of my mouse, a small window pops up and I can use the Pan tool function. The only way around this is to quit the file I am working on and reload. This has been happening all day. Please help. thank you

What browser are you using? I’m using Chrome and don’t see that behavior.

What happens if you use the center mouse button and Shift to activate Pan?
