Paid for go, now.... where is the program?

I paid for the sketchup go and have absolutely no idea where the program is, so I can start using it. frustrating

because you’re getting access to several programs. so instead of giving you a mail with a list of links, SU for ipad, SU web, 3d warehouse, Trimble Connect, desktop viewer & al. they put everything in your profile page. , even here ? that’s odd. [here] but at least now it works

My profile page had only my personal details. I think I checked every logo, button that was there.

It wasn’t me who posted it, that was by someone equally frustrated last year. Nothing from the screenshot you had there was on my screen, but anyway, your first reply was very helpful

Ah, that was me just acknowledging what the other guy was going through last year. Nothing from that thread was helpful to me though. A simple sentence saying - Search for Sketchup App, would have done the trick. Anyhow, how do I close this conversation now?
