I'm not able to launch SketchUp Go

Hello,
I have been using SketchUp Free for a few weeks, then one day i tried to open the web page and this was all I saw. I tried to click the logo, reload the page, type in the address in the url, but nothing.

I went to my Trimble account but it said I didn’t have any products. Then I went to the Plans and Pricing page and saw that Sketchup Free was not among the options anymore. So I purchased SketchUp Go. I paid for the year in full. Then I launched SketchUp from my Trimble account and I still get the same page.

Does anyone know why I can’t access my models?

Adblockers, VPNs , privacy extensions - all often causes issues.
If you are using any of those; try white listing the site
