Only see Free version in my account

Hi my name is Drew and I just bought Sketch Up Pro for a house plan that I would like to create. I do not see the purchase on my account and I only see the free version under my products. I am currently stuck and unable to use the program. Any suggestions?

I checked your account, and the Pro subscription does show up ok. Make sure you are signed in with the email you also use in the forum.

If you didn’t already you could download the desktop version of SketchUp, then sign in from the welcome screen. See if that then recognizes your Pro subscription.
