Offset center for cylinder with different sized ends

I am building an intake runner but it has offset center and different diameter openings at each end. I need to align one edge of the cylinder so that the center for the narrower end is offset from the other end. So in the photo, the left side of the cylinder should be straight but on the right side the bottom edge needs to stay anchored to the flange.

I’ve spent about 6 hours trying to figure out how to do that. I cant figure it out.

Something like this?

Thank you for answering! I really appreciate that. Your idea is great but unfortunately i need the whole left side of the cylinder to be inline with the far left guide line. From the flange at the bottom all the way to the top edge. And the wall thickness needs to stay the same as well.

Perhaps you want this.

Note I used alt to make autofold work so the top of the cylinder can move sideways. And but scaling the inner and outer rings you can set the wall thickness the same. When scaling to a specific dimension (which aren’t that clear in your model) start the scale, then type the dimension you want and include the unit, then hit enter and it will scale to that size.

Yeah! Thats way closer to what I need! The only other thing is that I need the upper narrower section to also have a straight OD for at least an inch because it needs to slip fit into rubber coupler but I can absolutely use this method to make what I need. Now I hope I can follow your steps as a noob.

Thank you so much!

Just make it an inch shorter then use push pull to give it a straight end.

Yep! That was my thought exactly.

Thank you again.
