I have a singular computer I use for sketchup and all my work, I was working on a file inside sketchup yesterday just fine, and today I keep getting hit with a number of activations exceeded message. I have never logged in anywhere else besides this computer. I have tried the manage devices method a gazillion times in every shape or form possible and its not working. I have even reinstalled the software. I dont know what to do?
I have now tried to delete the login_session.dat file and that does not work either… how are there no answers for this fix

did you log out and back in after deauthorising ?
If you have multiple products such as a Subcription and a trial or beta access, then you’ll need to deauthorise each one.

Beyond making sure you are actually deactivating the account you are signed in with in SketchUp and the suggestions here - sound like a job for support.
For some reason Creation Engine assigned you a subscription twice. Sign into this page:

and under accounts look for two entries that look the same (the name is your email address in all-caps). Do the deauthorize all devices in both accounts.
Thank you, could you further explain what you mean by to look for two entries that look the same? This is what my page looks like. I have already did the deauthorize all devices in the top account and the “personal account” does not have any products
Just to further make it clear, I have looked at all the videos showing the “deauthorize devices” and have done it multiple times in a lot of different ways.
How do I get in contact with support? Nothing is working and Im in the middle of a term project

Just upgraded to SU 2025. Won’t start due to “Exceeded Activations” Screen. I have SU 2024, 23, 22 stil in my applications folder (Mac). SU 2024 starts and runs perfectly. I have a license that appears to extend for a very long time. What do I have to do to stop 2025 from seeing the earlier versions and causing trouble. And why is there no personal contact number for customer support?
