Nothing shows up in Outlner

Gave a Def & Clicked Create
Gave a Def & Clicked Create1428×1056 179 KB

In image #1 above I double clicked on the selection you see here and then right clicked to show the word Component.

In image #2 I gave a definition for the selected section and then clicked Create.

The definition did NOT show up in Outliner. Why not?

Hello,

Problem solved. I played around a bit & checking the Replace Selection with Component box solved everything.
