Not receiving Trimble Verification Code

I have tried to log on to my Sketchup Account. But I don’t receive the verification code at my email address.

I have tried resetting the password but this also requires a verification code (which doesn’t get received).

I saw that there is an option to send the verification code to another email address, so I set up a new account with a different email address which DID receive the verification codes.

I then went back to my original account and tried to reset the password with the verification code sent to another email address (the new one that works) and it said that the email address didn’t exist!

Has anyone got any advice or suggestions?

You can only send the verification code to another address unless you have set it up previously OR you need to be able to sign into the account.

Otherwise, check your junkmail/spam folder.

Also, there has been a big internet outage from cloudflare today - various parts of the internet are broken as result, so you could even not be receiving them because of that (but the fact you are receiving them on the other account suggests this isn’t affected.

It sounds from your investigation that it’s account related. In that case I think you’re best raising a support case with your login email attached and they can then escalate to the Trimble ID team as needed.
