I’m not receiving the verification code by email, so I can’t log in

I allowed all domain addresses and even deleted cookies, but the verification code still isn’t coming.

All other SketchUp emails are coming through, but only the verification code email isn’t arriving. I contacted SketchUp support, but I haven’t received any reply yet. I haven’t been able to log in for 3 days now, so I can’t work.

When you first create a Trimble ID, there is a code sent through to confirm the email address. You seem to have already gone through those steps, and you have a Trimble ID email address, the same one you use in the forum.

If while creating your account you turn on the multi factor authentication option, then each time you sign in there may be a code that is needed. That code doesn’t come via an email, instead you would use an app such as Google Authenticator.

There may be an option to use an alternate email address for a confirmation code, did you do that?

If you can set it up, biometrics is the easiest way to work.

To check what way you set up you can sign into myprofile.trimble.com

When doing that in a web browser you could use the sign in with Google option, if your Trimble ID email is also used for Google. Once you are in you can look for passkey options, to set up an easier way to sign in.

Support are quite busy at the moment. I hope they reply soon, and may be able to give you links to help articles about this.

Thank you for your reply. I tried logging in, but I still have not received the verification code. Instead, I see the attached message.

The message in the attached photo translates to English as follows:
“You cannot access your email?”

“Since your primary email is the only method for account verification, you will need to contact our support team and verify your identity to regain access.”

“Contact the support team”

Does this mean the verification code can only be received via email? Could you please advise on the steps I should take to regain access to my account?
