Not able to start Sketchup Pro

Every time I try to start Sketchup Pro I get the following message:
" We are experiencing technical difficulties

This device is not authorized. Please sign out and sign back in to continue or enter a classic license."

When I look at my account, it says that I have 0/1 seats available. However, I’m the only one that uses Sketchup. I think what may have happened is my computer laptop computer’s battery failed while Sketchup was running. I have sence replaced the battery, but can’t start Sketchup.

Try going to the Trimble account portal and deauthorize all SketchUp Pro.
Then restart SketchUp and log in.
