In my opinion the name (and folder) of the extension “habitat_site_context.rb” would have been more consistent to follow the naming scheme of the other SketchUp extensions. ( su_sandbox.rb, su_dynamiccomponents.rb)
Maybe that was the reason that the other teams within SketchUp, doesn’t think it is part of the program and forget about updating “your” extension in the last patch.
same issue. Using the trial to test this feature and it’s not working. I’ve done everything suggested above, still not working. So frustrating
Your profile says you are using SketchUp version 1. That version had no option to use Add Location.
Hi @andra.srikanth, did you try closing and re-opening add location? Sometimes there can be intermittent network issues.
If you see it consistently please can you share the time (including time zone) that you are trying to access add location and we can check the server logs to see if we can identify the issue.

@andra.srikanth Thanks, but I can’t see anything on our end in the last 30 minutes, this could be a networking issue. do the 3D warehouse and extension warehouse (and sketchup diffusion if you install it) windows work within SketchUp? They use similar technologies to load the pages.

@daniel_pidcock both the 3D warehouse and extension warehouse are working absolutely fine. only the issue is with add location option.

Has there been a resolution to this issue? I’ve been using Add location perfectly fine for months on Sketchup 2024 and now all of a sudden I just get a white screen with the wheel turning indefinitely when I try to Import Context. I’ve tried all the tips in this thread and nothing has worked. Super frustrating.
I removed the “add location” extension. Extension Warehouse won’t open.
Where can I download this extension to install it manually?
The add location extension gets added when you run SketchUp. If you close and reopen SketchUp, the extension ought to come back.
If somehow you are using SketchUp 2024 with a Classic license, the add location features won’t work. They now only work if you have a subscription.
