Hi everyone,
I am having a serious issue with a SketchUp file that refuses to open. When I try to load it, the program displays an error message stating that it is not a SketchUp model.
I checked the file properties and it does have a file size, meaning the data is not empty (it is not 0 KB). However, I still cannot access it.
I have attached both the original .skp file and the backup .skb file. Hopefully, one of the community experts can try to repair it or recover the geometry for me.
