Thank you, this works so it will see me through. Hay!!!
But it is a shame that one need to go through this loop adding additional time to the process, being able to see the previews from Sketch Up is preferable. any thoughts how to do that?

You are right and I hope it is temporary. Hang tight, though. The SketchUp Team is on it. I am sure we will get a fix soon.

Just to give you a better idea, I work for a college and we are using Sketchup in many labs (design). Our lab are frozen (we are using deep freeze), so no updates are possible, no change on our PCs are possible. All the labs stopped working together (about 80 pcs). From what I have seen, itā€™s the 3Dwarehouse website that changed somehow, and Sketchup seem to use itā€™s own version of IE. Iā€™ve unfrozen some of my PCs, made all the updates (IE and Windows) and still not working, so updating IE doesnā€™t help). So basically, I think itā€™s related to some sort of internal Sketchup IE, and a new update on 3Dwarehouse. This need to be fixed quickly.

I see that the problem has been corrected. Can anyone on the team share what it was and what was done. Just curious. Anyway, thanks for the fix.

I just tried it with SU Pro 8 and it worked fine.

Yes, all: try it now. It should be fixed. It is on all the machines we could repro it on.

@pault728, you noticed it worked before we had pushed code, though. Weird.

The issue was in some code that weā€™re confirming itā€™s not IE8 or older, and it worked fine in browser, and MOST client versions, so it was a smaller subset of Windows users and only in SketchUp client. Please report back success / failure, and thanks for reporting.

I just run an upgrade of Sketchup pro 2015 windows 8 64 bits and now I do not see any pictures in 3d warehouse anymore. Before the upgrade I didnā€™t see them either, only when klicking on an empty thumbnail, now I donā€™t even see a picture when clicking on an empty thumbnail.

I just ran a Win8 / IE 10 test and a Win8.1 / IE 11 test, and they both worked. That means you probably have something cached thatā€™s wrong and needs to be cleared. See this thread and others on clearing IE cache and removing cookiejar.xml.

Same here. Started yesterday. I get pictures on the home page of the warehouse, but when I do a search, no thumbnails and when I click further in, no pictures of the model.

Are you in Windows? If so, go to 3DW, hit CTRL+L, then type 3D Warehouse. Reply to the forum with the result of that page (delete any personal info before posting).
