New laptop, fresh install pro 2020, not able to log in to SU

Brand new laptop and fresh download of pro 2020, classic license. I am unable to sign in to SU.
Repeated attempts result in: “W00T Logout is done.” Please advise.

My next attempt after posting my issue was successful!

Sometimes it works that way and it’s pretty handy.

Make sure that you did install SketchUp correctly by right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator (even if you are the computer’s admin). If you didn’t do that or you aren’t sure, rerun the installer that way and if prompted, select Repair.
