Need Help ! with licencing

i bought sketchup studio 2025 and it still say this message i need help to finish a product for my company
it shows in chaos that i have and expired product when im trying to get the free trial , and when i go to my expired products there is nothing there

At the moment I am getting the same error message. I sent a support request to Chaos and have been e-mailing back and forth with them for some days.I have the same “expired products” list but the V-Ray for SketchUp Studio license shows on the Licenses tab. I would recommend that you too contact Chaos support - there is a link in the V-Ray submenus of the Extensions menu.

I’ll post the solution here if they solve it for me.

It’s possible that the MS Azure outage that is affecting Trimble systems is also affecting Chaos.

I have had my problem for weeks, it started when I updated from V-ray 6 to 7.

The SketchUp studio subscription is notoriously flakey for sending the v-ray status to Chaos.

Revoke and reassign your SketchUp studio subscription.

Delete the SSL folders in the VRL folder
