Need help recovering my Sketchup for Schools projects from a former school Microsoft account

Hello,

I attended Hightower High School in Fort Bend ISD in 2024 and used SketchUp for Schools with my Microsoft student account.

I transferred schools and no longer have access to my old school Microsoft account or password. I had several important architecture projects ( including mansion designs) saved in SketchUp for Schools, and I’m trying to find out if they can be recovered.

I believe my student email was similar to Kaleaha.M1@student.fortbendisd.com.

Is there any way to recover my SketchUp projects, or are they permanently tied to my old school Microsoft account? Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think SketchUp for schools; the files themselves are stored in the school’s (Microsoft) storage and not Trimble’s.

I think only the school will be able to help you with that.

Hi @Kaleaha, thanks for reaching out about your files. Unfortunately there is not anything I can do to help you out. We have no way to access files that are saved to Google or Microsoft accounts. I would recommend getting in touch with your school to see if they can help you out.
